I'm a 26-year-old Christian guy, and my question is related to self-confidence.

I always hear about how women are looking for confidence in the guy that they want to date or potentially marry, but what is to be done if that "guy" doesn't have confidence?

The women who are 50 and over are proof that health, happiness, and beauty are ageless as they give advice on how to love yourself at age 50… For a while I hated my body for not doing the one thing it was designed to do, and I punished it at the gym.

I feared stepping out of my comfort zone and taking on new challenges because I just knew I'd fail, and besides, there were so many more talented, smarter and more gifted people out there who could do whatever it was so much better than I could.
